NOVA DENTISMED - CLINICA MEDICO-DENTARIA, LDA assumes that information provided is true and accurate and was entered by the User with its insertion duly authorized by the User.

The insertion of personal data by the User implies their consent to the respective collection and treatment. NOVA DENTISMED - CLINICA MEDICO-DENTARIA, LDA is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of Users' personal data, which is processed and stored electronically by the Clinic. The personal data collected will be kept in a way that allows its identification only for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of collection or further processing, after which it will be deleted.

 

Under the terms of the Law, the User is guaranteed the right to access, update and rectify his/her personal data, as well as the right to oppose its treatment, by means of a written request addressed to NOVA DENTISMED- CLINICA MEDICO-DENTARIA, LDA, to the address AV.
